We are looking for a senior Swedish speaking Enterprise Architect. The Enterprise Architect plans and designs the architecture of an enterprise. The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing how the enterprise will function in the future and how to make sure that it is scalable, secure, and efficient. The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the design of a system and its environment, which includes all aspects from hardware to software to people. The Enterprise Architect will define standards; maintain architectures; plan for future growth; evaluate new technologies; map the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end users, business processes, applications, data, IT platform hardware/software, and networks); identify key interactions and dependencies across separate systems and platforms; plan for disaster recovery

Scope/Role description:

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end digital platforms specific to the Energy sector.
• Drive IT Strategy for digital transformation initiatives, including the integration of IoT, energy management platforms, and renewable energy technologies.
• Architect solutions for Energy Management and Pricing Systems (EMS) ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional architects to design solutions that enable the future product portfolio.
• Implement cloud-native architectures mostly Azure, leveraging microservices for agile development and scalable solutions.
• Oversee integration of critical enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Data Management.
• Support digital marketing and customer experience platforms for energy providers, including the development of solutions that improve customer engagement and optimize energy usage insights for consumers.
• Drive enterprise integration projects, ensuring seamless data flows between core systems such as Energy Trading Platforms, Market Management Systems (MMS), and Billing.
• Implement agile delivery methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring efficient project execution and alignment with business goals.

KOMPETENSKRAV

• 10+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-level digital platforms, with a strong focus on the Energy sector.
• Deep expertise in Solution & Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, and the deployment of complex digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Energy Management Systems (EMS), CRM platforms, and smart energy solutions.
• Proficiency in web application development and system integration.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure), microservices architecture, API development, and containerization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across all levels.
• Swedish and English speaking.

MERITERANDE

• Certifications in Cloud Architecture (Azure Certified Solutions Architect) or Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Expertise in Sales related Solution and processes for the Energy sector.
• Understanding of energy trading, energy sales and renewable energy sources integration
